Ciclismo en el temuco rural
Aparte de la red de Ciclovías Urbanas, hay todo un mundo rural por descubrir a minutos del centro de Temuco.
Paseos de ciclismo organizados desde el año 2010
Durante muchos años diversas generaciones de ciclistas han realizado sus primeras salidas en grupo junto a varios líderes motivadores.
Gracias a quienes me integraron en 2008, ahora yo soy uno de ellos; mi nombre es David Gómez Álvarez, y agradezco mucho a quienes me animaron a practicar el ciclismo porque ha sido el medio para motivar a muchos más a cuidar su salud física y mental practicando este deporte.
Desde el año 2010 llevé adelante una iniciativa patrocinada por un gimnasio, que llegó a reunir hasta 60 ciclistas en un solo “paseo” por caminos rurales de Temuco y sus alrededores.
Por razones de seguridad la cantidad de participantes se ha reducido pero se mantiene el ánimo de inspirar y motivar a más personas para que practiquen el ciclismo urbano, rural y de montaña, y experimenten los beneficios en salud física y mental, practiquen el cuidado del medioambiente al reducir la huella de carbono y ayuden en la recolección de desechos.
